In this 45-minute session, Kristin Leigh will introduce you to "transformative listening" — an approach she and her colleagues at Explora in Albuquerque have adopted to better support their museums' communities. Kristin and I will discuss what makes transformative listening different, why it's valuable to museums, and how session participants might take steps toward adopting this kind of listening at their institutions.
