Curious if others are having problems with these light fixtures, the lens and adjustable ring randomly falls off and hits the floor. The fixtures are only two years old. In most cases, the plastic ring that holds the lens in place breaks in half causing the lens and ring to break free. Please let me know if you are experiencing similar problems and if you were able to find a solution.
