    Dear Colleagues,

I invite you to join us for a webinar; Your Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste. How often do you realize (not for the first time) that people don't think the same way you do? While all of our brains are different, there's the cultural notion that there's typical and atypical brains, or increasingly referred to as neurodiverse. For better or worse, the global crises over the last several years have led many of us to seek mental health support -- myself included. And during this time, there's been a significant increase in both ADHD and Autism spectrum diagnoses -- again, myself included. I'm new to speaking about this, but chances are that you are too. I want to share what I've learned so far, and offer a framework to use when we speak about our brains at work, how we communicate with other brains, and how we can double-down on our neurodiversity to reap the benefits of our non-typical brains.
