    Dear Colleagues,

I invite you to join us for a webinar; Burnt Out in Glam World (How to Build Resilience in Survival Mode). We are all there. We're burnt out and if we read one more article about how to "Quiet Quit" we're going to scream. If you're in the Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museum (GLAM) world, then chances are that you (at one point) had a deep passion for the field. But a lot has changed in just the last decade and it's taken a toll on our wellbeing. On top of global crises we're also in a severely underpaid field that is under the toxic illusion that we wont leave because we "love our jobs". This webinar is going to get real with the challenges we're facing in our field and beyond, and outline strategies to help us build up resilience while in chronic survival mode.
