Hi Richard,
For the last 4 years, I have been working on emergency preparedness at the Alaska State Library, Archives, and Museum. This has included developing emergency response and recovery procedures and documentation.
A former coworker developed emergency preparedness training through an NEH grant and some of the modules include conducting facility risk assessments and collection surveys, as well as how to develop COOP plans. The training is geared towards smaller cultural heritage institutions rather than state agencies.
I'm happy to talk about any of these things if you'd like.
