I am wondering if and how museums offer discounted admissions for disabled guests.  Any insight would be appreciated.

    Hi Delta,

We offer discounted admission ($2) for folks from day centers and things like that.  We also participate in Museums for All as well as all of the local library pass programs where people can check out passes from their local library to attend for free. Additionally, we offer several free days each year where admission for local metro residents is free (we still charge for non-local folks). We also note on our website that if cost is a barrier to simply reach out. We firmly believe that culture should be for all and try to accommodate anyone who would like to visit regardless of their income level.
