Our organization wants to create a document to share with our local, state, and federal representatives (and also tourism bodies and other related stakeholders) that gives them highlights of what we do and our impact across our three branches -- museum, festival, radio station. This could be shared during official advocacy opportunities or more informally. We aren't talking about something as robust and in-depth as an annual report, but something that provides data, some anecdotal/organic information, perhaps using both text and visuals.
We'd love to see examples that other museums and organizations have created or get any suggestions anyone would like to share!
