Good morning all,

Thank you for your informative feedback on my earlier question regarding the Acquisitions Committee naming! I realized too late that I posted it as a question, so I could not engage with you in a thread. I believe we will be renaming the committee to Collections, though that group has not been involved with collections care issues in the past. I especially think that Collections Development is an appropriate name, as it reflects the true purpose of this specific group. I prepared a summary of our discussion and research from other museum's collections manuals and policies to compare as a group. It's been very interesting to read all of your responses, and if any further discussion would be helpful, please feel free to respond to this thread!
