Dear colleagues,
I have an special request from a lender and I would like some recommendations from you.
He wants a document to certify that his work has been exhibited at the museum during the exhibition period. I thought the loan agreement and the certificate of insurance would be enough for his records, but no. He is requesting a separate document. I was thinking on just to write a formal "Thank you" letter signed by the museum director, but I wonder if there is a specific form or document for these cases. If you have examples you can share, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you,
Arasay
