Does anyone know of any internal equity audit tools - for assessing the health of your work environment, board and staff policies, and the like? If you have a tool available that you don't mind sharing, I'd be appreciative. I'm working with a group to develop a tool that might be used across sectors by small businesses including local museums. I did not see anything in the DEAI section of AAM's web site.

Maybe the "Engaging Descendent Communities" rubric developed by a team a few years ago during a summit at Montpelier would be of use?

It's high level, but might be a good starting point. Museums & Race is actually putting together a Zoom chat around the report card scheduled for September 9 at 5:30 PM ET / 2:30 PT. We'd like to figure out what the report card needs in 2020. Anyone who would like to discuss what their needs are or who has other thoughts or questions is welcome to join us.
