Hi all,
We're looking into bringing someone in to do a full evaluation of our various websites against WCAG 2.0 AA and give us feedback on what we may need to improve or any additional improvements that might be good to put in place. Does anyone have experience bringing in someone to do this? Do you have any tips on what to look for or any red flags to keep an eye out for when evaluating vendors?
We need to go through an RFP process, so we're developing both our requirements and coming up with vendor evaluation criteria. I'd like to ensure the group we bring in does a quality job and isn't selected just because the have the lowest price. I've seen lots of places that have done this work with big name clients, but that doesn't tell me if they've done a good job.
