AAM is exploring options for offering a retirement plan through the Alliance Purchasing Cooperative. This would allow museums to provide 401(k) plans to their employees (with or without employer contributions). The plan could potentially also replace existing small plans with a more robust investment lineup, cost savings and administrative efficiencies.
We'd like your feedback to help us gauge interest. We are especially interested in hearing from directors/CEOs, trustees, and those responsible for HR and finance.
