We are establishing a new internship program and are looking for documents related to learning objectives and outcomes. For example, if you have a Collections Management intern, what are the learning goals, tasks/activities, feedback mechanisms, and ways to determine if learning objectives have been met. Any examples are welcome as we begin to develop our own intern opportunities.
