I'm hoping to connect with museum volunteer programs that measure that strategic impact of their volunteers.
In other words, does your museum track more that the typical outputs, such as # of volunteers and # of volunteer hours? Do you have metrics in place that track the effectiveness of your volunteer program or connect volunteer activity to the strategic plan?
If you have created these types of measures, either formally alongside a strategic plan or informally, it would be great learn more about your experience.
