This isn't actually helpful right now, but my site (museumtrade.org) intends to collect and organize all aspects of a museum exhibition. Exhibits rich in interactives will absolutely get covered, eventually. In the meantime, there could be an article of interest to you now (?), but definitely keep MuseumTrade in mind in the future.
