I'm wondering what the time frame for email suppressions looks like in other institutions - how long do you wait between soliciting your constituents for more money after they've given? And how different is this for varied levels of giving? Thanks in advance!
And, while I'm at it: does anyone have an easy solution to tracking member/visitor comments?
