Keri, this is not online training per se, but the new person could order a book I co-wrote entitled Membership Marketing in the Digital Age. it is comprehensive and an excellent how to book on running a membership program. It is on Amazon.
Also when the world gets back to traveling again we will have membership seminars in Chicago and Tampa this summer and fall - hopefully!
