  • 1.  Printing membership cards

Hello All, The Harwood Museum of Art in Taos, NM uses a costly method for producing membership cards.  We have a pre-printed letterhead with 2 peel-off membership cards on the bottom of the page.  This way we are able to insert the membership data needed and print in house.  I'm wondering if any of you have a less costly method for printing membership cards.  We pay about $1.12 per page/card
    Thank you for your feedback.

    Susie,

We have about 3,000 member households and we currently use a perforated cardstock template. It sounds similar to what you do; The majority of the page is pre-printed and we add the membership data via a mail merge in house. It works well for now and is very cost effective, but we are looking to upgrade to hard plastic cards via a card printer in the next couple of years.
