The deadline to apply for the Southeastern Museums Conference 2022 Leadership Institute has been extended to Friday, January 28!
Leading for Today's Challenges
April 24-29, 2022
Duke Mansion
Charlotte, North Carolina
The intensive program, focused on leadership training for staff of small- and mid-sized institutions, offers peer-to-peer learning and reflection in addition to high-quality instruction and guidance from an accomplished faculty. With a cohort of no more than 16, the Leadership Institute gives attendees a reflective, supportive experience and provides directed opportunities to look both inward and outward, develops inclusive leadership skills, and identifies each individual's best self in the process. The Institute was proudly developed in partnership with the Association of African American Museums.
