Hi all,
For those organizations that allow visitors to check out an item during their visit for free (ex: a device, family pack, etc.), what are your protocols? How do you ensure that you get your item back? Do you ask for an ID or some other form of collateral, or did you choose not to? How do you describe this offering?
We're launching a new resource for check-out and want to draw on the collective wisdom so we don't have to relearn anything unnecessarily.
