Greetings everyone,
I am looking to get information on how other museums approach attaching accession numbers on glass art. Obviously with the difficulties of it being visible to the viewer and therefore a potential distraction from the work, I want to see what options may be out there. One colleague of mine is considering simply recording the piece in a 3D photographic form and retaining that as a file, but, I am still interested in finding a way to physically label the work.
Any and all advice would be appreciated.
