Hi Jennifer,
Darian Rodriguez Heyman led a fantastic webinar last year (hosted by Foundant) called Building a Fundraising Board, which was really about helping transform boards into a committed, productive group with clear and cohesive vision and expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone who is trying to build a board, get everyone on the same page, and or do some compassionate pruning. Darian is also a nonprofit consultant, and based on this webinar, I imagine he'd work wonders for his clients.
