If your institution has a wayfinding kiosk, do you find it successful in helping visitors navigate to where you want them to go?
We are looking to get a kiosk with a video component and map to help people locate the front desk (on the next floor up). Where are your kiosks located, what type of content is displayed, and how is the content activated (through touch, looping, motion sensing, etc.)?
