    As a follow-up to my question the other week on requiring/not requiring face coverings of your visitors...  For those museums that DO require face coverings, would any of you be willing to share/email your staff wording and training process on how to deal with upset visitors at Admissions, and also once out on the exhibit floor? I am more interested in your organization's specific process, rather than whether museums should or should not require them.
