We are a small - fairly new Archives - the OAD Archives. We specialize in work produced by Frank Lloyd Wright, but primarily his students. We are starting to be ask on a regular basis to loan significant parts of our collections to other institutions for exhibitions. We want them to carry our publications, etc, if they are going to display objects that relate to them.
We need a set of guidelines for loaning - any suggestions.
