HI all - we use Quickbooks to keep track of finances and then put items in by Class - Class can be Operations, or can be an actual Exhibit or Event name.
Using class for exhibits, it is impossible to use the Quicken budgeting tool.
What I end up doing is breaking down everything on a Spreadsheet for planning and then showing budget to actual.
Does anyone have. better way that is better than manually pulling numbers for the spreadsheet from Quicken?
