    Hi All,

My museum is working on fully cataloguing, indexing, and digitizing all of our collections. We have several old negatives and 35 mm slides that we are having developed, but my question becomes what is the proper way to store these?

Can anyway point me to the most up to date information about what these pieces require in order to remain safe?

    Thanks!

    Shelby

The National Archives has a resource on their website that might help pint you in the direction of what you are looking for.
    https://www.archives.gov/preservation/storage/negatives-transparencies.html

Gaylord Archival Supply also has some great free resources on how to preserve and archive prints and negatives.

    Hope this helps!
