  • 1.  Securing Staff Area & Emergency Exits

    Posted 11-04-2021 11:49 AM
Hello Wise Colleagues. I am seeking some advice on how to secure an area that also needs to serve as an emergency exit.  We have two double swinging doors that go into our staff kitchen and some facilities area.  At times we've had folks wander through the doors.  Ultimately, we need the area to be secure, but also accessible in an emergency.  Aesthetics are also very important.  Any advice?

    Hi,
Your local fire department might actually have great ideas about that and they will know the regulations about it.
    Good luck...
