We are currently updating our Collections Policy while we are also undergoing a complete inventory of our Collection. We are aware of many Found in Collection issues and wondering how some of you address that in your Collections Policy. Illinois State Law has a seven year wait to dispose of unclaimed property, however are these "unclaimed" or are they "undocumented?"
