Good day everyone!
We have an exhibit here where the images are very old, the late 1800s and early 1900s. The Royal Geographic Society currently owns the original glass plates. You can buy high quality scans from their website. Does anyone have any knowledge on or experience with public domain and how it works? Can we print the images ourselves from images available online if they are public domain? Or would the photos still be under copyright? Any information or resources will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much! Have a great day!
