  • 1.  Development and Membership department structure

    Trying to get a quick assessment of what department Membership fits into in most museums. As we currently are structured it falls into Marketing but I wonder how many others have it in the Development Dept?

    Here, our Membership department falls under Development reporting to the Exec.

    As we are a small museum, Membership is in the Development Department. Not always the best place and we do struggle with ownership of membership activities.
