There is a lot of information on preserving historical structures. Many methods of cleaning are damaging and destructive. High pressure water on wood is not recommended in that it drives the water into the wood.
I would ask "why are you cleaning the buildings" Was this done historically? What is the concern about the appearance? Also check out the wood. Buildings from this period were built with Old growth lumber. Much more resistant to decay. Knowing the species of the wood will help guide you to a preservation approach that would result in long-term damage.
I have been to your site, and did not see any major appearance issues.

Subject: Products for cleaning of exteriors of historic structures
Our organization has tried several alternatives to bleach, including MasonRE products and Krud Kutter, but nothing has worked as well as we would like. We're seeking a long-term alternative to using diluted bleach when performing annual cleaning and pressure washing of the exteriors of (primarily wood) historic structures. Can anyone recommend a product or solution they have had success with? We are located in southwest Florida (so a very hot, humid, and rainy environment). Thanks!
