Hello, we currently operate an historic village with 29 homes dating back to 1849 along the eastern shore of Lake Michigan; we are poised to open a new $5 million dollar maritime museum in a renovated USCG station located in our community, but several miles distant from our current operation. We are satisfied with the Altru point-of-sale program we currently use and its ability to track memberships, donations, pledges, and inventory; however, we are highly dissatisfied with the system's inability to generate reminders, acknowledgments, and thank yous. Moreover, we have a major need with whatever product we finally choose being able to accommodate our two separate museums. Can anyone recommend another system that will provide point-of-sale and constituent membership features that meet our needs?
