I'm hoping to get some feedback on how marketing departments identify and implement key performance indicators and how to determine return on investment on advertising.
Website analytics and digital advertising aside – I'd love some recommendations on how to show ROI on print ads and radio spots. Also without an analytics team, is there a software that can track these things?
