Museum Workers Speak is an activist collective of museum workers initiating conversations about the relationship between museums' stated commitments to social justice and their internal labor practices including hiring, working conditions, and career advancement. Our series of monthly tweet chats is called Workers' Wednesdays, and our next convening is TOMORROW, August 5, at 2pm EDT and, for the first time, we'll repeat the tweet chat at 8pm EDT! To participate, tweet using the hashtag #MuseumWorkersSpeak.
This month's topic is the #AAM2016 conference theme "Power, Influence and Responsibility." Follow the link to read more: 2016 Annual Meeting Theme
