Hello all,
I am working with a small museum that is having difficulties retaining volunteers through the training process. The training involves an orientation session, shadowing guides, and then leading practice tours. So I have two questions -
1) How much attrition during training is normal?
2) What solutions have you found for retaining volunteers during training?
