Dear Museum Education Colleagues,
This short survey is intended to help benchmark and describe current funding schemes (i.e. earned revenue vs. contributed revenue vs. general operating support) for education programs across responding zoos, aquariums, museums and other informal learning institutions.
To make sense of the information collected, each organization should submit just one response. Ideally, the responding representative will be well-versed in the education department's finances, so that he or she may answer questions related to expenses and various revenue streams which support education operations and initiatives.
