Here are two links related to the Frisco, Colorado Historic Park and Museum. The park includes seven former log residences that date from 1860 to 1931. Frisco lies at around 9,000 ft ASL, has a generally arid climate, but also experiences a healthy dose of snow and rain throughout the year. I believe the park is owned, operated, and maintained by the Town of Frisco, but I'm also including a link to the Summit County Historical Society as well. Hope the info helps.
