Hello all, we are looking for a good 'visitor engagement stratagy' writing resource that you would recommend. Ideally short, rather that a three volume set, as we would like to share it with a wide group of museum staff. Just recently took part in a 3-part AAM webinar about audience engagement and this free report was one of the required readings, as the foundation funded research on this at several cultural organizations throughout the USA.
