    Thanks for starting this thread.  So many great ideas surfaced in the webcast, I'm excited to see what folks have to offer here.

    To prime the conversation,  here are some guiding questions we posed:

    What steps would we need to take to align our organization's focus on audience-building?
    Who should be involved?
    How will we reach out to our audiences in holistic, meaningful and intentional ways?
    What are the possible outcomes of strategic audience-building initiatives? 
    What are the barriers we might encounter within our museum or in our community?
