    Hi all,

    Over the pandemic there's been all sorts of unusual trends in memberships - some members have churned down as people can't visit or tighten budgets, others have surged due to perks such as ecommerce discounts and a surprising number have held through despite it all, by the community's support for mission... as well as other challenges, such as high attrition rates in members booking free advance passes to visit. What is everyone else seeing in member behavior?
