Hi friends,
I'm looking for some studies or anecdotes on the productivity of introductory experiences in exhibitions - things like entry videos, staff lead presentations, large format graphics, etc. I'm sure we've all seen these kinds of experiences serve as a (purposeful?) bottleneck to the exhibition, but I'm wondering about how well they scaffold a better exhibit learning experience.
