Culture Shift is a dedicated, small group cohort for museum leaders (museum directors and members of the leadership team) who are committed to the real work of changing organizational culture. Over 8 90-minute sessions, this program will lead you through the work of making direct and impactful change. See full program outline here. Sessions are the third Tuesday of each month, from 3-4:30 Eastern; all sessions are virtual.
