Hi everyone,
I am wondering how different institutions are collecting attendance numbers or stats for any virtual, live-streamed programs you may be doing.
At the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, we're noting the number of "peak live views" during live-streams on Facebook. We are also recording the number of views after the video was posted for 24 hours. We are taking the total number of people reached and subtracting those that viewed the video for three seconds or less to get a very general attendance number for our records.
If you don't mind sharing how your institution is documenting attendance of live-streaming programs, I would greatly appreciate it!
With thanks,
Madeleine
