Per the call for papers issued last month, chapter proposals for the forthcoming book Creating Meaningful Museum Experiences for K-12 Audiences: How to Connect with Teachers and Engage Students are due April 30.
I've received many excellent proposals thus far. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please do so; if April 30 isn't doable, please email me to discuss--I'm happy to be flexible. In particular, I am still looking for chapters about self-care for museum educators and about schools (pre-schools, charter schools) on museum campuses. If you have expertise on one of these topics and may want to co-write a chapter, please let me know.
