    Thinking about what the future might look like in terms of visitation is a tough job at the moment, given so many variables - and projecting visitor numbers will be challenging for some time to come, without a sense of business as usual patterns and trends. 

    Instead, scenario planning provides data modelling various possibilities so that we can align spend, advance decisions and make plans.

    Join us for a webinar with guest speaker Diana Pan, Chief Technology Officer at MoMA on how to approach scenario planning, including using simulation to combine machine learning with controlled assumptions to easily and quickly model complex scenarios.
