In the next year, we are redesigning our docent and volunteer program, in conjunction with an upcoming site move. We’ll be expanding our open hours, and we need to develop a new corps of volunteers and docents to supplement part-time, frontline staff. I’d love to get feedback on your experiences with volunteer outreach, management, day-to-day operations.
If you have time, I wrote a short questionnaire (should take less than 20 minutes); I would be very happy if any of you who work closely with supervising or managing volunteers would participate in this! The survey closes in two weeks on November 21.
