    We use QuickBooks Pro Nonprofit edition. It's not overly sophisticated and it's very user-friendly. And our auditors have a number of nonprofit clients who use it, so they're comfortable with it, too.

    Check about getting it at a discount through TechSoup.

    I use iBank to track grant expenditures. I like its flexibility and the quick updates that accompany its report function. I am not sure whether it has additional bells and whistles as I use it for a specific and limited purpose.
