    Hi AAMUS,

    I am sorry to report that my membership card is lost…… can you issue me a replacement or at least a letter referring to my membership? I would appreciate it so much since I go to museums often.

    I'd be happy to mail you a duplicate card. I will also email you directly with instructions of how you can print your online profile overview so you can have something today to show as proof of membership until your new card arrives.
